Meeting at the SEIU building (1730 Commercial St SE, Salem) at 5 p.m. and heading over the ODOT HR building (2775 19th St. SE, Salem) to begin bargaining at 6:30 p.m. There will be a mediator present who is suppose to help facilitate communications.
