HEM's meet with Matt Gerrett

This morning about 15 HEM's from the Salem Shop met with the Director of ODOT Matt Gerrett. They expressed their concerns about recruitment, retention and moral that would result from the management proposal that came out of the Hayes study. The meeting with Mr. Gerrett was another step the mechanics are taking to ensure they get a fair deal in negotiations. If you're a mechanic share your thoughts.
